自分の中にある大切なアイデアや想いを
言葉にして自分の外に出すとき
人は最も美しく、傷つき易くなります。
どんな素晴らしいサービスやアイデアも、
その一歩踏み出した人の勇敢さによって
この世に生み出されました。
vulnerable（ヴァルネラブル）とは
『心の脆さ』を表す言葉です。
本気で誰かに何かを届けて
心を動かしてもらいたいと
願うのであれば、まず、
自分から心を開くことからはじまります。
心を開くということは無防備になること、
つまりvulnerableになるということでもあります。
それでも届けたい
自分のアイデアや想いがある人には
傷つきやすいまま、勇敢で居ること
が求められます。
それは、決して弱い自分を隠したり、
押し殺したりすることではありません。
ありのままの自分に自信をもつ
勇気を出すということです。
傷つきやすいまま、勇敢でいることを
決意した人の生み出すものには
唯一無二の輝きがあります。
人は誰しも心の中に
「自分にしか触れられない領域」
を持っていると感じます。
誰かの「自分にしか触れられない領域」
を肯定し、認めたい。
自分にしか触れられないけれど、
一人ではとても触れられない、
その領域とじっくり向き合うための
安全な空間を作りたい。
そんな想いで自由が丘の街に
『対話室 月々』を創りました。
When people put into words

Every wonderful service and idea
has been brought into this world
through the courage of those
who took that first step forward.
"Vulnerable" is a word that represents
the fragility of the heart.
If you truly wish to reach someone
with something and move their heart,
it begins with opening your own heart first.
To open your heart is to become unguarded
— and that is also to become vulnerable.
Those who have ideas and feelings
they still want to share, even so, are called
to remain brave while staying vulnerable.
This is by no means about hiding or suppressing
the weaker parts of yourself.
It is about finding the courage to have
confidence in yourself exactly as you are.
What is created by those who have made
the decision to remain brave
while vulnerable carries a brilliance
that is entirely one of a kind.
I believe that every person holds within their heart
"a place that only they themselves can touch."
I want to affirm and acknowledge
that place in each person
— that place only they can touch.
Though only they can touch it,
it is a place far too tender to face alone.
It is with this feeling that I created
対話室 月々 in the town of Jiyugaoka
— a safe space in which to sit quietly
and face that place within yourself.
